VersaPatch® Latex Modified Floor Patch is a fast-setting, cement-based product that is designed for patching voids and irregularities in wood, concrete and most existing floor materials.
Fast-Set Deep Patch is a cement-based underlayment that is designed specifically for deep fills, ramping, and leveling concrete and plywood subfloors (dry areas only) from featheredge up to 1 1⁄2" (38 mm) in a single application, up to 5" (12 cm) with proper aggregate.

It is designed to work between 14°F (-10ºC) and 95°F (35ºC) with only minimal impact on cure rate.
